The crew shut down the engine and continued flight to Cengkareng. The aircraft landed safely.

After 5 minutes, the a/c was trying to make an emergency landing at Jagorawi freeway. Apparently before touching the ground, the a/c hit trees and crashed at freeway.

Over Phuket, Thailand B747- 400 PK-GSG Garuda Indonesia 21 359 1 0 I CRS W The a/c enrouted from Frankfurt to Singapore while encountered an upset within Phuket, Thailand airspace. The a/c was reported to have experienced positive and negative g-forces at 31.000 ft., resulting injuries to 4 persons and damage to the cabin interior. The flight crew reported layers of clouds in that area. After all, the aircraft was landed safely at Changi Airport, Singapore

The a/c departed from Tarakan Airport bound to Long Bawan after delayed for 2 hours. 2 minutes after took off, the a/c experienced engine trouble. While trying to make a RTB, the a/c came to rest in to a pond.

The a/c had an "Electrical Failure" (GEN # 4 Bus OFF) while TO roll.After RTO, the a/c was stopped at R/W Bravo with condition of all main wheels (16 wheels) deflated, apparently caused by brake overheat while RTO at high speed. All crews and passengers remain uninjured.
