Having found himself surrounding by rising terain the pilot initiated a climbing left turn. The pilot chose to mantain 70 KIAS and level the wing other than stall, because of the very steep turn. The a/c flew into the trees and was destroyed. The pilot suffered only minor cuts.

Then pilot decided to make emergency landing.
